Delete accounts

To delete your Madessa account and related data, send an email to: kelvinandersonpaulo@gmail.com Please include: the Google email you use in Madessa that you want your account deleted your reason (optional) You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. After confirmation, we will delete your account and associated personal data from Madessa. After confirmation, we delete your Madessa account and related personal data (profile, chat history, reading history, and app account data). Payment records may be kept only if required by law. Deletion is completed within 30 days of confirmation.
